Two integers, A and B, have a product of -35. What is the largest possible sum of A and B? Explain how you found your answer.

A*B=-35
Since 35 doesn't have that many factors, you can do this simply by testing them:

either:
5 and -7
-5 and 7
-35 and 1
-1 and 35

The largest possible sum is 34. (A is -1 and B is 35)
