In English, the phrase obsessive– compulsive describes someone who is excessively meticulous, absorbed or perfectionist. It is a disorder which occurs worldwide and affects about 2.3% of people at some point in their life. It is found out that males and females are affected about equally and half of them develop problems before age 20.
