specific immunity is a type of immunity that fights back specific viruses or bacteria.
nonspecific immunity is is a type of immunity that fights back any type of bacteria. One example of this is your skin.

Another difference is. 
The nonspecific response is the first barrier against a pathogen.
While a specific response remembers a pathogen and can fight it back more easily.
