How to calculate the concentration of all species at equilibrium?

Generally speaking:

Concentration of product(s)/concentration of reactant(s)

If the balanced equation has a coefficient of more than one, you would put the concentration for that compound to the power of that number.

For example:

A + 2B ---> C

K= [C]/[A][B]^2
