Real culture define a set of values or way of thinking that eventually lead to the creation a culture.
The set of values or way of thinking would determine the things that considered as 'right' and the things that considered as 'wrong' in that culture. This will influence the type of cultural practice that the people in that culture will do to implement that set of values.
