$1.86 ÷ 18 oz = 0.10 $/oz

$6.29 ÷ 112 oz = 0.06 $/oz

$3.17 ÷ 42 oz = 0.08 $/oz

The 112 oz item for $6.29 is the cheapest price per oz. That would be the better buy.
