       (1 year) x (86,400 sec/day) x (365-1/4 day/yr) x (10⁹ nanos./sec)

  =  (1 x 86,400 x 365-1/4 x 10⁹) nanosec

  =    31,557,600 x 10⁹ nanosec

  =      3.15576 x 10¹⁶ nanosec

(This is a rough answer, because the 'year'
is not exactly  365-1/4 days.)
