Patrick Henry expresses his point of view by saying: "I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery." He refers to the need to fight for freedom, he uses it as an incentive to try to convince them that there is only one alternative to struggle. The idea of slavery would create anger and fear in the minds of people.
