Oxidation number of Pb is 0 (neutral atom), oxidation number of Pb in PbO is +4, so Pb lost 4 electron from Pb⁰ to Pb⁺⁴. Charge of one electron is -1,6·10⁻¹⁹C. Q= 4·(-1,6·10⁻¹⁹C)= -6,4·10⁻¹⁹C.
