(a). Void and Voidable Titles:
In the case of West v. Roberts, 143 P.3d 1037 (Colo.2006), the trial court supported possession of the property by Roberts. Upon appeal, the Superior Court affirmed the judgment of the trial court.
Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) 2-403, Wilson acquired the title to the corvette as a dishonest non-merchant. Roberts obtained good title, as a bona fide purchaser.
