Five weeks after conception, the developing organism is called an embryo. 
Zygote is the single cell resulting from the fertilization of the female egg cell by the male sperm cell. And from the zygote the embryo develops. It is the term used to describe the development of the organism from the fifth to the eight week after fertilization. After that it is called a fetus.
