The equation form is as follows: [tex](x-x_0)^2+(y-y_0)^2=r^2[/tex] where [tex](x_0,y_0)[/tex] is the center and [tex]r[/tex] is the radius.
So [tex]r= \sqrt{(3+3)^2+(-4+2)^2}= \sqrt{85} [/tex]
hence the equation is
[tex](x-3)^2+(y+4)^2=85[/tex]
[tex]x^2+y^2-6x+8y-60=0.[/tex]
