How does a moral incentive differ from an economic incentive? which is most effective?

A  moral incentive is said to exist when a person is unwilling to participate in something that is considered to be morally wrong while economic incentive refers to those offers which makes one to behave in a certain manner, such as having preference for a particular product.
Economic incentive is the most effective.
