There are different kinds of "expanded form", so I’ll give you the two I think are the most common.
Written out this would be six billion, four million, seven hundred and twenty thousand, eighty.
In notation form it would be 6,000,000,000 + 4,000,000 + 700,000 + 20,000 + 80.
