1. Open Excel and create a new spreadsheet.
2. Click on the cell where you want the series to start.
3. Enter the starting date.
4. Move your cursor to the lower right corner of the cell until it turns into a small square (the fill handle).
5. Click and drag the fill handle down the column to fill the cells with a series of dates.
