How does the narrator describe his house gatsby?

The Narrator describes his house has less fasihonable because it is between two larger properties. He calls it an eyesore, refores to it as small and generally derides it as being not good enough.  The narrator describes Gatsby as being romantic and hopeful like he is ready to lead.
