The atomic radius is the distance between the center of the nucleus of the atom and the farthest stable electron from it. When we have an anion it means that the charge of that atom is negative and it will have more electrons than its neutral state. Having more electrons will make the atomic radius of the anion larger.

So the answer will be that the F anion will have the largest atomic radius.
