From the figure given, if theta = A

opposite = 28 and hypotenuse =53

substitute the values into the formula

[tex]\sin A=\frac{28}{53}[/tex]

[tex]\cos A=\frac{adjacent}{\text{hypotenuse}}[/tex][tex]\cos A=\frac{45}{53}[/tex][tex]\tan \theta=\frac{opposite}{adjacent}[/tex][tex]\tan A=\frac{28}{45}[/tex]
