For the table, you just simply take the x value and substitute it into the formula so it's like...
[tex]y=\frac{1}{4}(-8)-2\\y=-4[/tex]
and so on...
Now that you have an x and a y value, all you need is to plot it on the graph. You should know how to do that, right?
