Imperialism is based on extreme influences that can be given by diplomatic means, but are not restricted to them. Isolationism, in turn, is a policy that denies diplomatic relations, isolating the country itself. Interventionism is similar to imperialism in its means of action.
The answer, then, is internationalism. Internationalism is based on mutual cooperation between nations.
