Did you intend to write [PdCl4]^-2 instead of PdCl2-4? If so, then: 

Cathode: [PdCl4]^-2(aq) + 2e- ======⇒ Pd(s) + 4Cl-(aq) 

Anode: Cd(s) ==⇒ Cd+2(aq) + 2e-
