The formula for kinetic energy is KE = 0.5mv^2

Where m is the mass

And v is the velocity

Since the two object are identical so their mass are equal

KE1/ KE2 = 0.5m(v1)^2/ 0.5m(v2)^2

KE1/ KE2 = (v1)^2/ (v2)^2

KE1/ KE2 = (5)^2/ (25)^2

KE1/ KE2 = 1/25

KE1:KE2 = 1:25
