A dragon and a soldier are similar because like a dragon a soldier protects its home. Dragons are known to protect their lairs and stashed riches. Soldiers are know to go out and protect their homelands and the riches within that home land. Therefore both dragons and soldiers are protectors of something making them similar in that aspect.
