The rights of these people are natural rights. These should be given to people naturally and shouldn't be taken away.
The form these people have the right to abolish is a monarchy. There should not be one person who rules everyone.
The colonists are unhappy that Parliament is constantly taxing them. They are also unhappy that they have no say in what is happening.
