First, multiply 28 x 4/7 to get the number of girls in the class which is 16.
So, there are 16 girls in Mr.Chang’s class.

Then, to figure out how many boys are in the class, subtract the number of girls from the total number of students. 28-16= 12.
So, there are 12 boys in the class.
