The container that should be used to dispose of slides of bacteria and blood is called a biohazard container. 

If one is working in the lab and is using the bacterial cell and blood, then it is considered as hazardous waste .There is a separate receptacles or container for these kinds of waste that is harmful and can cause infections or diseases in human beings and animals if kept open or dumped without precautions.

So, these kinds of wastes must be disposed into hazardous waste container.
