physical math is more of you writing your answers on paper and solving them out mental is doing it in your head.

Physical Health is health that has to do with your "body" not your brain and thoughts. Mental health has to do with your brain, and thoughts, like mentally insane means their mental in their head, there isn't anything wrong with their body.
