that's

[tex] \sqrt{392} \times \sqrt{ {x}^{7} } \\ \\ = \sqrt{196 \times 2} \: \times \sqrt{ {x}^{7} } \\ \\ = 14 \sqrt{2} \times \sqrt{ {x}^{7} } \\ \\ = 14 \sqrt{2x ^{7} } [/tex]
