1 litre - 1000 ml

Volume of water
= 421 ml

= 421 ÷ 1000

= 0.421 litres.

Note that they just want you to calculate the volume of water in litres and density does not affect your volume as it is already give to you as 421 ml.

If you need any clarifications, ask me! :)
