Well if they have people they care about then it’s all about
1. Do we have the funds
2. Where will this leave everyone if I die
3. (Maybe) I don’t want to die/ I’m not ready

If they don’t have family then it could be a little bit more like this
1. Can I afford this?
2. Who will be here to help me through this?
3. Who will remember me?

And everyone will question if they had a good life and mull over some regrets maybe.
