Answer:

It is recommended that the heart rate of a person should be roughly calculated as 220 minus your age. A person should exercise or run within 55 to 85 percent of his  maximum heart rate. That concludes that if a person jogs around 20 minutes to 30 minutes or at least one mile, his heart rate should have worked to its maximum limit.
