Yes, because it does not matter which order you multiply the factors in; you will always get the same answer.

First you had to multiply by negative seven and positive eight and its equal to  negative fifty-six.

[tex]-7*8=-56[/tex]

[tex]7*-8=-56[/tex]

The answer its should be true.

[tex]\boxed{TRUE}[/tex]

[tex]\boxed{-56=-56}[/tex]

[tex]8*7=56[/tex]

[tex]56/7=8[/tex]

[tex]56/8=7[/tex]
