1/10 + 6/100 = 10/100 + 6/100 . . .
10 + 6 = 16
100 = 100 (The denominator stays the same since both denominators are the same)
= 16/100
Simplifying 16/100 . . .
16/100 = 4/25
1/10 + 6/100 = 4/25
